Date: 2005-11-13 12:06 am (UTC)I'm really glad that the credits worked. During my last couple of vids, I really worked on trying to get the credits to be an integral part of the vids as a whole and not like an add-on.

Date: 2005-11-15 06:20 pm (UTC)First, I'm a huge Headstones/Hugh Dillon fan, so I'm thrilled to see someone vidding a HS song.
More to the point, this one is perfect for Buffy; it made my heart hurt.
Lovely vid. Thanks so much.

Date: 2005-11-17 10:19 pm (UTC)I was introduced to the Headstones via due South, but the music felt very Buffy to me even the first time that I heard it.

Date: 2005-11-20 04:25 am (UTC)Perfect for Buffy. And I really like how you structured it. It felt new all the way through. :D And that fade from her hand breaking the ground to the tower was one of my favorite examples of the lovely movement that you had running through it. :}

Date: 2005-11-21 11:34 pm (UTC)Buffy's just about my favorite character (she ties with Xander, and tends to be the winner in the later seasons), so was really thrilled when I heard the song. It does have such perfect lyrics for her, and a sound that I thought really fit her. I'm really glad that you liked it. I really liked your take on Buffy and her relationships with her friends in Polaroid Millennium, which I don't think I ever told you, and should have.

Date: 2005-11-21 11:36 pm (UTC)And yeah, that transition at the end is one of my favorite bits, too. She's not so different, in those two clips. She's still so Buffy that my heart hurts.

Date: 2005-11-22 12:05 am (UTC)It's been a while since my heart has ached for Buffy, and your vid just brought it all back again. I loved how you effortlessly mixed the seasons, and then the ending, oh wow. Season one Buffy and Season seven Buffy... so much changed, so much the same.
I really loved it!

Date: 2005-11-24 11:27 am (UTC)I'm really glad that you liked it and that it made you feel for Buffy. She's... my girl, my tied-favorite character of the Buffyverse (she shares first place with Xander and tends to win top honors in the later seasons). I love her, plain and simple, and it's wonderful to be able to share that.
